Aug 2009, EKTECH successfully implements Wireless 3G ATM for a Bank EKTECH's Wireless 3G Network team successfully implemented for the first time in Malaysia, a Bank's ATM linked wirelessly through 3G connection for secured financial transaction. With the deployment of Wireless ATMs, the bank was able to deploy ATMs to new locatiosn with speed and flexibility without depending on physical fixed lines. The transactions are secured with the highest encryption technologies and IPSEC VPN tunnel that meet the Bank's security standards. Using Teldat's H4 routers with dual-sim built-in redundancy, providing multi-celco backups, the communication lines are very stable and reliable with the seamless failover capability.
